Reporter Crystal Hall Joins FOX CT

April 10, 2013 – FOX CT announced today that Crystal Hall will be joining its team as a general assignment reporter.

Hall joins the station from KAUZ, the CW affiliate in Wichita Falls, Texas, where she served as the weekend anchor/reporter for three years. In 2011 she was honored by the Texas Associated Press Broadcasters as the Best Reporter (Division 4).

Hall will serve as a multi-media journalist reporting on general assignment stories for FOX CT News at Ten, Connecticut’s #1 late-night newscast, which is anchored by Brent Hardin and Alison Morris.

“Crystal adds strength to our team. Her previous reporting experience will be put to good use here in Connecticut with all the economic and security issues facing our communities,” said FOX CT News Director Coleen Marren.

Hall is a University of Texas at Austin graduate.

FOX CT broadcasts 52 hours of local news a week, nearly 50 percent more than every other local station in Connecticut.
